A registered trainer in VectorWorks since 1994, John has tutored over 150 students. VectorWorks, formally known as MiniCad is the industry leading Macintosh and Windows platform CAD software. Clients have included GameWorks and FAIA modern master Pierre Koenig.

The award-winning program VectorWorks can unlock many doors that lead to improved architectural design and presentation. However, finding that key to the door is sometimes very labor intensive not to mention frustrating. As architects entering the 21st century, we need to become completely comfortable with the various computer technologies available to our profession in order to stay competitive and productive. I have spent the last seven years teaching VectorWorks to "the uninitiate" and would like to share with you how I could help you become an expert with this important tool.

As a working architect, I understand the types of applications best suited for VectorWorks and can help you learn how best to use the program for your work. My clients have ranged from the individual architect just starting out to the most seasoned architect to major corporations such Sega GameWorks.

Sometimes an hour or two of recommendations can save weeks of frustration. There are many time saving keyboard commands and shortcuts that are often overlooked. Many of these are not covered in the manuals provided with the program!
